This is the Bush legacy. Tearing apart the institutions that have brought peace and prosperity for generations. Turning friends into enemies. Preemptive invasions. Shell game deficit budgets. Huge generational debt. Tax cuts for the rich and screwing the lower middle class. Political polarization.
