Al, Nah...on second thought that's not likely to happen. That'd be the end of the party (no pun intended), wouldn't it? It's easier to keep the same folks on the hook with stop losses and 150K re-signing bonuses. It's a good way to keep the "wealth" from being spread to the folks that got you to the dance. Not sure what you are talking about regarding "stop losses" and "150K resigning bonuses." As for the redistribution of wealth, that's never a productive end in itself as long as people are more focused on what they can get over what they can produce.
