I concur with your article's concern about oil demand and oil production. we are headed for a catasrophe. I disagree with the article's analysis of Chine wanting to destroy the US. They need us as much as we need them. The people of China have now been exposed to a growing society and quality of life. They WANT cars, tvs, computers, roads, etc. The genie is out of the bottle. The only way China can continue its growth is by continuing to sell lots and lots of stuff overseas. The US must be one of China's biggest markets (go to Walmart!). If they "kill" the US, where are they going to sell all their stuff??? larry
