This is a bubble of gargantuan proportions. At least the equal of the Naz in 2000.

And remember that the Florida real estate market is relatively sedate compared to New York, Boston, and California.

Bubbles have a way of expanding beyond what almost anybody expects (especially with Greenspan at the Fed) but they always burst in the end. And the bigger the bubble, the bigger the bust.
