I was referring to vapor gas systems being magically better.

Regarding Clinton & debt. His annual surplus was only at the end of his reign. He added plenty of net debt. People routinely confuse the annual budget deficit with the accumulated national debt. Got me why.


There is no confusion......at least not on my part. What was remarkable about Clinton is that he got the rate at which the national debt rises to slow considerably. I also think its an interesting tell that traditionally, the national debt usually grows much slower under a Dem president than under a GOP one when compared to the GDP.
