I don't know what Time Warner is doing but out here in the Seattle area Comcast is pushing hard with digital cable and of course all the flavors that goes with that. Sometime they will have to upgrade to fiber but with their customer load they are doing just fine $$ wise. I have been wondering for years when the phone companies will react but it's a market by market situation.

The difference between the big cable companies and the big phone companies is blurring. It is sure getting competitive out there...

Glad your getting VOD.

OK. I think I'm out of my depth, but what I do know is that I get pretty good service with my Time Warner VOD.

I'm pretty sure Time Warner uses SFA VOD equipment.
