They each have 18 months to announce a deal, otherwise they have to liquidate. The first Millstream went public on August 23, 2003 and announced a deal six and a half months later. Maybe Spector can beat that timing the second time around with MSMA. My guess is that he still has a few business plans sitting in his desk. The units for Coastal Bancshares (CBASU) started trading on Wednesday. The warrants (CBASW) and common shares (CBAS) will start trading at the earlier of 90 or when the underwriter gives its approval. The offering was bumped up at the last moment from 4 million units to 4.8 million units.
