I like the hire as well. I hope he brings the same intensity to the Packers that I saw from the Dolphins Defense.

I like some of the changes that the Dolphins are making in the offseason. I think Saban is likely to do better than Wannstedt and I'd probably pick him over Bates as well. Linehan as an Offensive Coodinator was probably a good move (at least he is unlikely to do as bad as the people they had last year) and Hudson Houck is one of the best Offensive Line coaches in the business.

OTOH there was a reason they did so bad last year and it wasn't just coaching. Houck should improve their offensive line but it will take time. They have major questions at QB and RB, and cap problems, also their top two DTs produced almost nothing last year because of injuries. And the possibility of losing Surtan doesn't make things seem better. (see sports.espn.go.com )
