Can't disagree. No one can predict when a bubble will pop. That said, every one of us can add up the number and size of "imbalances" and decide to hold some "insurance".

Personally, I think the "channel stuffing" (manufacturer to distributor) that took place in Semi-land during Q4 suggests that the warnings period for Q1/05 will provide more negative surprises than positive, so I couldn't resist the remarkably cheap prices being asked for January/06 in-the-money put options (I need a bit of Vaderian exposure to sleep well at night during this mad period).
