They were always very responsive. They've been making a concerted and considerable effort to get all the companies to fill out and/or share at least their current contact information for some time. I actually inquired on behalf of my son (..who's a PC GEEK and a subcontractor..) if they needed some help and could share part of the list to track down. It turned out they had a number of thier actively staff working on it. The Memo looks good to me. When the companies don't cooperate, PS.com has been putting a warning/disclaimer on their quote info pages saying that the company is ducking the issue (..i.e.: can't be reached, yadda, yadda, yadda..). I got curious and actually tracked [REDI] Reddi Brake Supply all the way down to the two guys in Sale Lake City who own the shell afew years back. REDI was being mercilously pumped on RB. I even saw a REDI pump the other day on one of the boards over there. The fellow I spoke with in SLC said it was totally dormant, though they kept the filings current, and they had no intention of using it again for several years (..that would be about now..) . It took a lot of time and phone calls to get from Point-A on PS.com to Point-B in CA (..as I recall..) and finally to Point-C in SLC. None the less, some group of Bozo's were posting 100's of messages a day on it on the Subpenny Board and/or REDI Board, manipulating the price up and down - although REDI parts business was long since boarded up. It's certainly nice to see everything tightening up. And, it would be nice to see the SEC put some real teeth into the SHO effort. John :-) .
