The memos were proven fake. The only proof they didn't show was a videotape of the DNC typing them.

geode, The sad thing about the memos is that their dubious nature made voters totally forget that Dumbya was guilty as charged for, at best, dereliction of duty. The guy got into and copped out of The Air National Guard because he is rich and connected and let others serve in the war his class pushed on America. Same thing today. If the war in Iraq is noble, then at least one of the twins should volunteer to serve. But I'm not holding my breath on that one.
