Forget abortion, if you like. Let's cut to the chase.

In your opinion, are all rights enumerated in the Constitution? Is the Constitution the source of rights?

Or are rights inherent in all mankind?

I believe that all rights are inherent.

My reading of the debates before, during, and after the adoption of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights is that most of the Founders believed that the rights of the people are inherent rights, and that the people retain the rights which have not been expressly delegated to our representative governments.

This is not libertarianism. This is what is truly meant by liberalism. You may call it Jeffersonian liberalism, or Lockean liberalism, or classical liberalism, or something like that, if you prefer.
