CFV take over by MPV? MPV should take over or do a merger with CFV as CFV stock trades at a discount to MPV.In doing so MPV would have all the ducks in a row for the next move by Debeers. This would make it easier for Debeers to take one partner to production,or do a clean take over of MPV.If MPVs management was smart a merger with GGL should also be done if MPVs paper was to continue to rise.Given the fact that the DBRS JV keeps MPV from issuing more stock for mine financing, the limited issue of MPV stock would create more value dollar for dollar received than given up because both GGL and CFV are trading at a discount to their value IMO.Getting the properties from GGL that are part of the DBRs GGL jv would also be attractive. As well as the properties of GGL that are not part of the GGL DBRs JV,could be spun off in a new company in the form of a dividend to MPV shareholders ( Winspear ala Dimondex ).This would give life to MPV shareholders after KL is inproduction with or with out Debeers. Maybe MPV management will read this message and wheels will start to turn.At any rate the Canadian diamond play seems to be heading for a bull market post Bre-X.Its been a long time comming James.
