In a nutshell... what it comes down to for DeBeers is that they have yet to prove out a diamond producing mine at Snap Lake let alone chasing around the King property...

DeBeers has their plate full just trying to figure out how to develop Snap Lake, their first ever anywhere underground mining effort...to date the existing tunnel is taking on water and they have an enormus amount of country rock to deal with before even getting to real ore, I think Randy Turner and Winspear stockholders got the best of that deal.
Victor Forte ala Corne, Kensington... offer a much more familar scenario to DeBeers because of the potential for Open pit mining...their bureaucratic mines think that way...

IMO MPV Kennady Lake scares the hell out of them because it is all under water and all they can see is Ekati and a Billion dollars to bring it into production and in their eyes it is a small resource for a billion outlay.....

GGL, CFV,may get carried along on MPV coat tails.....

DSP a different story because Turner is steering the ship and he is a master of story telling, hype, promotion, sales.....

regards
