thanks for the thourough and complete answer. imo there will be a lot of those folks looking for new jobs in the coming years as the rising rates pops this re bubble. the employment from your chart has had significant growth the past few years

I see you answered my question.
But why does the chart show close to 500K employment but
bls.gov only show 307K
