Yes, I think he is. He is getting read for cable to steal voice from the baby bells and then maintain a their healthy share of video and internet. Cable has the triple play down pat. Time Warner already has video, VOD, phone, and broadband (8meg download) where I live. WIFI/cell wireless is probably on the way. The competition between bells and cable is over big business and will all be transferred over IP networks. Cisco will benefit. ;)
