Heh, that is some scary shit. Don't think it will happen in the "super speciality" hospitals. They have a reputation at stake. You could certainly get into trouble if you go to road side quack for treatment <vbg>

Imo, the organ thiefs would me more likely to victimize an impoverished local than a high-profile American who would get the U.S. consulate involved.
