RE: "Carter defecting" Carter continues to believe starting an unprovoked war with Iraq was wrong. Carter is only stating the election in Iraq was a success. He is not complimenting the war. The WSJ is either a horribly biased newspaper rag, or was this an OpEd piece? Am certain even the most biased Bush fan has the ability to make the distinction between war and an election.
