Folks never learn on these things and there will always be an unscrupulous fund management co. willing to take advantage of the suckers who are born every minute. They reveal everything, so it's not illegal. But it's not like the investors read anything once they see those "high yields."

BTW, many new closed end funds offered this year have "managed distributions," which is the nice way of saying return of capital. The excuse is that shareholders want their returns to be steady and not fluctuating all over the place. So, why not set the payout BELOW what they actually earn in dividends? Get out of here, kid, you bother me. <VBG>
