Agreed, I have Optimum Online, which is the internet arm of Cablevision, installed it about a year and a half ago and I think I've died and gone to heaven as far as internet access is concerned. PC Mag rated this service tops, and it has not been down for more than an hour or so that I can recall for the 18 months I've had it. A couple of times it looked like my modem hung, so I called tech support and you get a live body within seconds. Each time a removal of the coax from the modem for a minute reset it. They give you speed around 9.4-9.8mb/sec consistently.

Best regards,
John
