How about an eight year old giving a BJ to the substitute teacher...

(Los Angeles-AP) Feb. 15, 2005 - A South Carolina man is one of seven members of the North American Man-Boy Love Association who's been arrested in California and charged with planning to go to Mexico to have sex with boys.

Richard Stutsman, 59, of Seneca, South Carolina, is one of those charged in the case. Authorities say Stutsman is a substitute teacher in Oconee County schools.

The LA Times reports the others charged are Sam Lindblad, 56, of Albuquerque; Gregory Mark Nusca, 43, also known as David R. Busby or Steven West, of Dania Beach, Florida.; Steven K. Irvin, 46, of Pittsburgh; Phillip Todd Calvin, 43, of Dallas; David Cory Mayer, 49, of Chicago; and Paul Ernest Zipszer, 39, of Deltona, Florida.

The FBI says four men were arrested in Los Angeles and three in San Diego on Saturday.

They were charged Monday after agents allege each man paid hundreds of dollars to an undercover agent to arrange the sex.

Undercover FBI agents set up a phony online company that offered to make arrangements for men who wanted to have sex with children overseas.

Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI's Los Angeles office Richard Garcia says, "During the correspondence with the undercover, the seven individuals specified what age range they preferred the minor males to be and what type of sexual activity they were interested in engaging in."

FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller says the men are accused of traveling to Southern California with the expectation of boarding a boat to Ensenada, Mexico, where they were told sex with the boys was awaiting them at a bed-and-breakfas. Through the undercover agent, she said, they requested that the boys be as young as 8-years-old.

She said an eighth man, Jeff Devore, 53, of Fullerton, California, was charged with distributing child pornography as a result of the sting. Devore, a minister at the Brea Congregational Church, in Orange County, California, was not accused of planning to go on the Mexico trip.

The FBI says the investigation is still ongoing and more arrests could be made.
