It was one game. It was in a situation where they couldn't run and they couldn't stop Buffalo's offense to well so he had to throw and Buffalo knew it. A record (playoff record not Superbowl record) in incompletions is not a suprise when you have a record in attempts (giving you more changes to throw incompletions and showing a lack of balance which allows the defense to key in on the passing game). IF anyone choked it was Miami's defense, the Bills has 341 yards rushing, an AFC playoff record. Unfortantly Marino couldn't play LB or DT.
