No it isn't. Do you understand what the term "confidence interval" means? True, the range is very wide and more data needs to be analyzed. Data that, by the way, is explicitely prohibited from being made available. So the only real way to disprove their conclusion is to make the data available. If their conclusion is false, there shouldn't be any problem with that. Should there be? The fact that the data is classified should give you a clue. If that is possible...
