I don't think I agree that people get the faces they deserve. I've met many wonderful people over the course of my life who were not blessed with good looks, and who have not aged well. People who are good looking tend to think of it as an accomplishment, but it's mostly luck (imo). So much of what we are is genetic lottery, and the crap shoot of life. In a culture obsessed with beauty, it is particularly unfair (imo) to make the lack of beauty a moral failing, since people suffer so much as it is when they do not measure up.
