Yes we have. Let us see how far we go. We have known all along that Syria is a haven for the Hezbollah terrorists. They blew up the US barracks during Reagan's time and killed 240 US military personnel. They have had their troops in Lebanon, a sovereign country. But instead Bush thought that Saddam was a greater danger to the US than Syria. Saddam was torturing his own people. He did not kill Americans the way the Syrians, especially under Hafez Assad, have done. And still Bush thought that Iraq was a priority!!!
