Your scenario was not changed. If the teacher believed he was suicidal, she is obligated to refer him to mental health authorities immediately. If she does not she is deserving of scorn whether she has sex with him or not. They will lock him up for a 72 hour evaluation to determine the appropriate measures. Every teacher knows that. So, if she had sex with him to deter the suicide she was acting without authority as an incompetent mental health practitioner and YES, she would be deserving of scorn.
