Oh, right, I remember reading about that margarine. My wife skips all butter & margarine, dropped half-and-half for this fat free stuff, takes a pill every day with that fish oil compound in it, eats tons of greens, has hot bran cereal with blueberries nearly every morning, eats this oat bread that's high in fiber and really low in calories, and a few other changes. It's a boring diet but it has worked very well. And your right, heredity is half the battle. All my siblings have low cholesterol, mine being only 82 last time I had it checked. I do a lot of bike riding which helps.
