Having an opinion about what Mary Kay Laterno did with her young student is not pre-judging. If anything, it is post judgment analysis based on the facts.

A pre-judgment would be something like the Michael Jackson case, drawing an opinion before the facts are all out.

You can get away with that with him. You can't with me. The POV you certainly appear to be pushing is immoral and exploitive by any standard I am willing to recognize. There are reasons for legal protections of minors. I would think you, as a lawyer, would recognize that. Except in extreme circumstances not present here, that 12-year-old cannot even form a legally valid contract. The law recognizes that he lacks the experience needed to have any chance at all of saving himself from his own errors. Children need and are entitled to the protection of the law in civilized societies.

Now go start your thread. Don't force me into action I don't want to take.
