RE: "Lettuce -- Romaine is ok, iceberg ones have no much nutrition at all"

For women, I believe iceberg actually may be good for Folic acid (which is extremely important to have one month before pregnancy, the first month of pregnancy and all the way thru as well.) There's one type of salad that doesn't have a good level of folic - it is possibly butterhead lettuce, doubt it is Romaine or iceberg.

Regards,
Amy J

You should definitely eat more dark green veggies, like broccoli, spinach... And others like celery, cabbage, Cauliflower... even if you don't like them.

Celery is OK - I left that one out.
I will substitute Beer for Broccoli as both begin with a B
I will not eat any kinds of beans except soybean oil.
