About the intellectual property right: now so many multinational companies have gone to China and set up R&D centers there (more than 200 companies have done that), and use Chinese cheap but talented brain labor to invent things/technologies which will patent only under those multinational companies' names for the next couple of decades, if not longer.

Is this fair? hardly. What Can China do about this? nothing.

And about so-called "clone" something, people can actually have similar design about something without ever communicating each other. So who is clone whom? As long as there is no solid proof, to say someone is clone someone else is a lame argument.
