Old $4-5 ratdog ITRI smoking today on blowout numbers, crossing $58 This was a Peter Lynch style find for me, Lynch called it research by walking around looking & asking questions. My son at the time had a girl friend that was a summer time meter reader for Comm Ed (her father was a bigwig) and I happened to see her when she had the Itron handheld with her in which she inputed the meter info.
