I know iceberg lettuce is not supposed the only thing one eats. But read that list of Mish, I don't see much other veggies there<g>

Romaine is not funky, it is just a little bitter<g>

Knighty Tin, thanks for the link. that is an excellent website. Have been looking for something like this. It's easy to find nutritional data that lists sugar or fat levels, but it's really hard to find the other stuff that this website listed. This is very useful - thank you for posting the link.

Yiwi, one outer leaf of lettuce has 3% folic acid. You have ten of those, that's 30%. Iceburg is good for you. Folic is also good for men too, not just pregnant women minimizing birth defects. It provides some type of anti-clotting blood agent, so it's good for men too as they age. We had a beagle dog, yet the rabbits would love to eat our lettuce - they took a huge risk getting our lettuce especially with a beagle dog around. Lettuce certainly helped them out run our beagle.
