Not here Chris... here if you get an Indian to buy smokes for you the tax is eliminated, i.e. a $10 pack of smokes costs about $5.00.

If you want to smoke in a bar, restaurant or lounge you go to one owned by Indians with reserve status.

The racist policy of the Saskatchewan government is slowly killing every restaurant and bar owner in the province.

That it does. The break and grab happened more here. Smokes went to $30 a carton on the last hike but you could buy them for $12 in a lot of parking lots. Not much taxes collected on those.
