From what you are telling me, I would guess that these defendants brought Elgindy in to blame him for the decline in the stock as a defense to real p and d. They would say, hey, look yer honor, this was a great company and we had every reason to believe the stock was going to the moon, but because of Elgindy, it went down. AE said to them, get me out of this suit now, or I will really tell them what you guys were doing, because I know how you did it. They dismissed him out of that suit faster than a five pecker dog in heat.
