Anthony pleaded guilty to insurance fraud and went to federal prison for a few months in 2000. He was arrested again in May 2002 on the securities fraud and other charges that he was finally convicted for a few weeks ago. No date set for sentencing yet.

This pattern of behavior and incarceration is why some of us thought Elgindy was a chronic lying criminal and not Batman. But opinions on the thread are divided on that subject.
