So I don't know anything about economics. There are a lot of people who might find that thought amusing. Nothing I said was incorrect. How did you reach that conclusion? Or, perhaps, the concept of propensity to consume is dumb. Is dumb and incorrect equal, or is it dumb simply because it doesn't fit your view of how economics should work? Saying something is dumb doesn't win a debate.

There is a lot of data that supports propensity to consume as a valid part of economics. Do you have some data that refutes the existence of a change in the propensity to consume based on income? If you don't, you need to include it in your thinking about how the economy works.

BTW, never in my life has anyone considered me to be a "lefty".
