Ziasuns paid expert said Thomas Heysek and Ray Dirks where mainstream analysts and had put a buy ouit on Ziasun and my strong sell at $14 5/8 was not waranted.

Ziasun had traded as low as 9 cents after my report. Raymond Dirks settled with NASDAQ and did neither admitting or denie that he had written bogas buy reports.

Thomas Heyseks fraud charges by the SEC are Further Vindication but yet sad. Sad because it took 5 years and millions of dollars in investors losses because of these two crooks. In fact losses in the stocks they wrote fraud reports on where most likely in the billions.

The SEC has known about Bryan Kos and Heysek for years and had tons of documentaion to stop the fraud

Even the current fraud charges against Heysek took arm twisting with the SEC to do anything.

I hope indictments come their way and the other years of fraud are added.

They where worse then the Mob.
