I'm speaking of the the standing of key short positions at the time of the public TERN bash and suits apparently instigated by short sellers. The short positions in question per reports and to the Judges plainly grave concern, were some millions in the hole, as I recall, necessitating a plan of action to bring the stock down, which surely was carried out and/or abbetted in part here on SI by Pluvia, IMO. Quick, somebody has the right number. Dan B.
