I agree. I said some time back that many, perhaps most, children would be damaged under those circumstances.

But that doesn't say that this particular boy was. As I said, he may have been, he may not have been. I don't know. I don't think you know for certain. Do you?

Sure, there's a high risk. And so we prohibit him from that activity even if he could be one of the few to not get damaged.

I don't see that we have any disagreement.
