This is so puzzling to me---I have never understood how the Chinese think. I understand that boys have more status in their society, but do they not use any logic? Who will marry their boys if there are not enough girls? No one is thinking straight, including their government that has known about this for a very long time. So sad. Why can't they use birth control or vasectomies for the men instead of so many abortions, anyway? Abortion is a horribly traumatic means of birth control.
