It is very unlikely they did a background check. They were handed a packaged shill, that was all they were interested in. Like astro turfing "interest groups", stage managing campaign rallies with only "approved" attendees, paying pundits to pontificate, making videos with fake news anchors presenting fake news,...

This is a disturbing pattern. They might as well be open and have Rove head up the Ministry of Truth. Oh, that's right. Being open isn't really what they are about...


Actually, its more than disturbing........its downright disgusting. A regular journalist who has been doing the WH press corp beat for years is denied access initially and must wait months for her approval because she isn't a mouthpiece for the presidency but a male escort who is a staunch GOPer doesn't have a problem getting one. Huh?

And the worst part is this story is having trouble getting traction........as is the story about the $8 billion lost by Bremer and company in Iraq. I guess the Ministry of Truth doesn't want the American public to know.
