Isn't OVTI facing increased competition Sure, and so is EVERY other small, profitable semi company. , and a SEC investigation? Yeah, but my knowledge of the details indicate their was no fraud (they understated rather than overstated their revenues and EPS when they had problems with the accounting last year. Who understates their revenues in order to commit fraud? I think it was an honest mistake, and that will be the likely outcome of the SEC investigation. Haven't they also had four different CFOs in two years?? I think it's 4 in 4 years. Call it the journeyman CFO company. These are the bear issues, which may be one reason the stock is at 12x, but none of them outweigh the industry growth and fundamentals, and OVTI's huge profitability, and low valuation, for me at least!
