Good question. I wonder why Hillary is continually talking about this terrible situation, when neither of the Clintons did anything about it 11 years ago. Nor did the UN.

The Clintons said in 1994 that They had failed in Rwanda....And exactly what has been done since? What have they done since? I could find not a single plan either she or Bill had suggested...then or now.

Atlantic Monthly Online...Bystanders to Genocide -September 2001

The author's exclusive interviews with scores of the participants in the decision-making, together with her analysis of newly declassified documents, yield a chilling narrative of self-serving caution and flaccid will—and countless missed opportunities to mitigate a colossal crime.

Rwanda---
have you seen/heard of "Pax Warrior"
simulation game that school kids get
to play..... I wonder what role Kofi
is shown in this as the game always
results in genocide. (or the rest of
the world leaders at that time for that matter)

Dafur:
divestsudan.org

calls for divesting companies who deal with Sudan.
and has a spreadsheet list of state by state retirement
systems, with amounts invested and the number of
companies they say have dealings.
What it doesn't say is WHO the companies are.
Either they don't know or don't say for some kind
of reason. They only name 4-5. I am leary of signing
on unless they provide the names of the companies they feel
are doing business and their relationship.

The letter written of Professor Eric Reeves
(Background Information) is critical of Kofi
(inability to act) but doesn't
blame him as much as the companies. Companies are
not physically slaughtering innocent families.
Like everything that gets done in the business
world, the umbrella of governance rules what
companies may or may not do legally. Illegally has consequences when caught
and those try to circumvent no matter how weak or tough
the sanctions may be. Kofi is a puppet with stuffed
pockets and a fluff hack of mediocrity- his inability
tp lead or make decisions have cost countless lives
while he rubs elbows with the so called elite dazzling
them with brilliant lip service. And I feel he doesn't care
how many die as long as he has a position. It should be a crime
to have him stay in power.
