Every tenure agreement has an out. If a math teacher was teaching that 10+10 equals 50, the University has a right to fire him, tenure or no tenure.

If he misrepresented his bona fides, as I understand he has done wrt membership in the Cherokee nation, it wouldn't be that hard to get rid of him.

JMO.

It is in his best interests to get dismissed. His audience will mushroom and he will get rich. Look for him to be as annoying as possible over the next month or two. He will try to get himself dismissed.

Might just get himself shot also. What a shame that would be.
