I am sorry, I have not followed APXR. As I indicated earlier, I saw little value in the equity as their promotional management uses and recycles news information to raise cash by selling stock to the public. There is little value to the company as a whole as there is no company in my opinion, only really a shell and a couple of contracted services and employees that are paid with deeply discounted restricted stock. They may have rights but much of it depends on developing a pipeline to extract whatever may be there. A pipeline will not be developed for some time, and more than likely, this company will be sold and the rights will go along with it to someone else, after bills are not paid, again, in my opinion.

I personally do not think it is reasonable for me to invest in such a small company and therefore, have not followed it. Having said that, this is what makes the world go around because if everyone liked blue, no one would take red. I think there are better opportunities elsewhere in larger capitalization stocks in and out of this industry, and that considering the risk involved in investing in such a small company with such a precarious financial position and track record, I would not want to invest in it at this time.

I wish you the best of luck in APXR -- I hope it goes only up from here.
