JF, Bush 1, Clinton, Bush 2 didn't do enough against al Qaeda before 9/11, that obvious to any Monday morning quarterback.

I know, but it seems like all we see these days are MMQs. Clinton gutted the military? Fine, that seemed reasonable at the time. Clinton authorized a $124B increase in military spending? Geez, looks like oral sex really is more than just sex.

Don't think I'm letting Bush off the hook, though.
