My son in one of his college courses took rethorics and they had a compilation of some of the greatest speeches ever made which were thoroughly analyzed in the classes. It was quite interesting reading Cicero's defense speech as well as Goebbels's Sportpalast speech ("Wollt Ihr den totalen Krieg?...) with proper comments. Goebbels for sure was a master in his field and as I used to tell my sales people, the greatest salesman of the all: Such a lousy product to peddle but what a success in the market! Taro
