1.6 billion shares of FRE/FNM, about $4 billion of paper wealth disappearing. Big boys got to start heading to the door before long weekend, especially with Richard Baker GSE regulation plan coming soon. It could not be more obvious what his intentions are.

Now I am scratching my head, wondering how I can value these two giants? I have to admit that under the current circumstances, I don't even know how to start?

Any one who ran across and good analysis on the GSEs please post.
