And the irony is, nothing's really changed. The terror alert warnings were about as sincere as Bush's efforts to protect the Iraqi public buildings that housed records of citizenship. Of course, citizen records are important in any democracy, eh? But he sure did a great job of protecting that Iraqi Oil Ministry Building, didn't he?
