The stocks needs to make a "base" before an attempted rally, otherwise, the next "support" seems to be at the 4.60 to 4.80 level. On a rally, the first resistance will be at 5.25 & 5.50 levels.bigcharts.marketwatch.com The money stream showed some up-moves in early Jan. & again in late Jan. & early Feb. but has declined steadily in last 2 weeks. The TSV has also followed the same pattern, while BOP has shown some divergence as it has been positive since the start of the year. On its weekly chart, the stock had been on an uptrend since Nov.5 but that trend was broken this week.<g> The PSML & SAR data at present: 4.98; 5.65; 5.61; 5.32 & 5.64 ( The P dropped below the SM & L, which are still in good sequence <g> and the SAR went up.) It seems that the stock could try to make a base a the 4.95 level or drop to the next "support" at 4.70.bigcharts.marketwatch.com On its monthly chart, the stock has been on a downtrend since the May H at 6.87 The L average line and the SAR have gradually come down on a tight line since the end of August. The PSML & SAR at present: 4.98; 5.36; 5.32; 7.41 & 7.29 The SRI has been steady since July and stands at 50 at present.bigcharts.marketwatch.com All through last year the revenues showed poor comparison to the 2003 results and earnings went from $0.07/share on the black column to a loss of $0.16/share. The loss is expected to inrease to $0.78/share in 2005 & $0.87/share in 2006.ARQL reportedly still has around $2.20 in cash/share, a Dbt/Equ ratio of 0.03 and reportedly is CF & FCF + ( $9.36M & $5.6M) RAGL Bernard
